“ Let me tell you !! This man needs his own restaraunt. His food is a 12 out of 10. The steak sandwich is tender, full of flavour and so easy to eat. The bread is toasted to perfection. Then the jerk chicken, rice, coleslaw should be a signature dish! It was fall off the bone and not at all what you would expect from a food truck. This is truly an incredible stop to get a bite. Highly highly recommend! Oh wait I almost forgot the Cajun fries !! To die for! ”

“ Great food truck... like you always hear, the best food is at the least expected locations. I talked with the owner ( very personable and friendly) and decided on the steak sandwich. Its been a long time since I've had a good steak sandwich and he delivered. Fantastic sandwich.. the steak was plentiful and not lost in the baguette. The sauces on the steak added the perfect flavor with some mild heat. The shaved fries (reminded me of hickory sticks) were perfect as a side and/or put on the sandwich. All in all... ill definitely be back to try out some of their dishes on the menu. Highly recommend you try it out. I had already eaten half the sandwich and most of the fries in this pic. ”
